These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MulkiVal website, mobile applications, property valuation service, marketplace features, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by COMO COMPUTER CONSULTING LLC, trading as MulkiVal ("MulkiVal", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a valuation, publishing a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Country-specific or service-specific terms may also apply; where they do, they will be identified to you.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where it results from your failure to protect your credentials, subject to applicable law.
An account may be accessed using more than one approved sign-in method where the Service supports that. Connecting another sign-in method does not create a separate MulkiVal account, complimentary entitlement, or new introductory period.
We may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict an account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, security abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated attempts to misuse introductory offers. We will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
MulkiVal provides automated property valuation estimates and related property intelligence in supported markets. Availability may differ by country, city, area, property type, and feature. We may add, modify, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.
MulkiVal outputs are automated and statistical estimates provided for information and decision support. They are not guaranteed, are not a promise of a sale price, and may differ from the price at which a property is sold.
An output is not a certified appraisal, a formal valuation where a regulated or official valuation is required, or financial, legal, investment, tax, insurance, or lending advice. Property values can be affected by matters we may not know or observe, including title or legal issues, undisclosed or structural defects, unusual rights or restrictions, private transactions, changing market conditions, and inaccurate information supplied by a user.
For lending, collateral, court, tax, insurance, governmental, or another purpose requiring an official or regulated valuation, obtain advice or a valuation from an appropriately qualified or authorized professional where required.
An eligible new MulkiVal account receives one complimentary property valuation. The complimentary valuation expires 7 days after account creation. An unused complimentary valuation expires at the end of that period, has no cash value, and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The introductory entitlement belongs to the MulkiVal account, not to an email address or sign-in method. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts solely to obtain additional complimentary valuations, or otherwise abusing the offer, may result in cancellation of the promotional entitlement or reasonable account restrictions.
Accounts that received a complimentary entitlement under earlier terms keep the quantity and expiry date they were granted under.
After complimentary valuations are used or expire, valuations are offered on a pay-per-valuation basis. The current standard price is US$30 per valuation. There is no standard recurring individual subscription, monthly quota, or monthly commitment.
Paid purchases are currently unavailable on the website.
The price, currency, taxes, and any terms applicable to a purchase shown to you immediately before you authorize that purchase control that transaction. We may change prices prospectively. Business or high-volume services may be offered under separate pricing or agreements.
Paid valuations are not currently available for purchase. While purchasing is unavailable, the Service will tell you so rather than presenting a checkout you cannot complete.
Payments are processed through the payment method or processor presented at checkout. You authorize the applicable charge and are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Currency conversion, where applicable, is determined by your payment provider. Taxes may be added where required.
If you are charged for a valuation and MulkiVal fails to produce that purchased valuation because of a technical failure attributable to MulkiVal, we may retry the valuation, restore the applicable paid entitlement, or provide an appropriate refund. Please contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect.
A successfully delivered valuation is not automatically refundable because you disagree with the estimate. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must provide property information that you reasonably believe is accurate and must not intentionally submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing information. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Service. MulkiVal may use available reference or validation data for limited purposes, but does not promise to independently verify every property input, ownership claim, title, or legal status.
You may upload photographs and other content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You grant MulkiVal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for the period necessary to host, process, reproduce, format, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the Service and the features you select.
You must have the right to submit your content. Photographs should relate to the property or use of the Service, and you should avoid including people or third-party personal information unless necessary and lawful. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
Where listing features are available, you may publish a property listing. You are responsible for the listing's content, asking price, accuracy, and your authority to advertise the property. The asking price is chosen by the listing owner.
MulkiVal may review, reject, remove, or suspend listings that breach these Terms or create legal, safety, or integrity concerns. Availability may change, and we do not guarantee that a listing will remain available, that a property is owned by a lister, that title is valid, that a buyer will be found, or that a transaction will complete.
MulkiVal provides a technology marketplace and is not, solely by making a listing feature available, a seller, buyer, broker, agent, escrow provider, or party to a property transaction. Users are responsible for their dealings with one another.
Do not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms users, MulkiVal, or third parties. In particular, do not:
Business, bulk, integration, or API services may be made available under separate terms, pricing, security requirements, and usage limits. Unless MulkiVal expressly agrees otherwise in writing, these consumer Terms do not grant a right to resell, redistribute, or provide automated access to MulkiVal data products or valuation results.
MulkiVal and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, website, brand, design, valuation systems, proprietary data products, algorithms, models, and MulkiVal-created reports and content, subject to third-party rights and licenses.
Subject to these Terms, you may use valuation results for legitimate personal or internal business purposes. You may not commercially resell, systematically redistribute, or use them to create a competing data or valuation service without our written permission.
The Service may rely on third-party services, such as maps, payment services, email services, or optional third-party sign-in. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. MulkiVal does not receive your third-party sign-in password.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, changes, security work, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we materially discontinue a paid feature before it is delivered, we will address any unused purchased entitlement fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Automated estimates are inherently probabilistic, information and markets may change, and MulkiVal does not guarantee a particular financial, sale, lending, or investment outcome. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MulkiVal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenues, opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service or reliance on a valuation estimate. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify MulkiVal against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful user content, intentional misuse of the Service, infringement caused by material you submitted, or material breach of these Terms.
We may suspend access while investigating suspected misuse and may terminate access for serious or repeated breaches. We will consider the circumstances, including paid unused entitlements, as required by applicable law. Termination does not automatically erase data or remove published listings; those matters are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable listing controls.
MulkiVal's collection and processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information provided to you about use of the Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operations. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required or appropriate. The updated Terms will show their last-updated date. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service before it takes effect, subject to any applicable law and any completed purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
